How Hypnotherapy Can Help
Using gentle Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy techniques, I make each session fun, supportive and easy to understand.

Who I Work With
I work with young people and teenagers, usually aged 10 and above, who may be struggling with anxiety, confidence, motivation, sleep or food-related habits.
All sessions are delivered in a safe, nurturing and judgement-free space, where they can feel comfortable expressing themselves and developing new skills for life.
